News Nugget: Walking could stop chocolate cravings

This is just what I need – a way to stop my cravings for all the yummy chocolate out there. British researchers find exercise may reduce food cravings. The study shows walking for just 15 minutes is enough to get rid of your urge to eat chocolate. Next time I have a cocoa craving, I just might try to walk it off!
