News Nugget: Interval training can cut exercise hours dramatically

Want to spend less time working out and burn more calories? Interval training could be your answer. I love doing intervals. And now, researchers say more people might be able to handle the intense exercise sessions than they once thought, but more studies are needed before they can recommend interval training more widely.
