News Nugget: Campbell Soup cuts its sodium

It looks like the fight to lower salt may be gaining momentum. This week Campbell Soup announced it is reducing sodium up to 45 percent in many of its condensed soups, leaving nearly half of them with sodium levels of 480 milligrams or less per serving – that amount is considered healthy by the U.S. government.
