It’s nice to be able to go to a restaurant’s website and check out the calories to help you decide what to order. But you can’t always count on those numbers. A new report from Tufts University finds nearly one out of five restaurant dishes has at least 100 calories more than what the chain lists on its website. Researchers looked at 42 restaurants including Chipotle, Olive Garden, and Outback Steak House. An earlier report from Tufts found calories posted on the menus were off, too.
