Some people are runners. Others are into lifting weights. Me? I’m a bit of a switcher. I have my all-time favorites – hiking, walking, Pilates – but I’ve always been one to mix things up along the way.
TGM – Tracey Gardner Method (That’s Tracey Gardner in the picture). It’s a “hot (105 degrees) and a complete body leveraging endurance workout for your body and mind.” And right now, it’s a good fit for me. I will have much more about TGM in a couple of weeks.
