Fake fruits and vegetables FatFighter February 29, 2012 Tweet Pin It I was doing a little label reading at the grocery store and guess what I found? I never buy stuff like that so I don’t read THOSE labels, but I’m sure I’ve eaten some stuff with those sneaky ingredients, but hopefully, not too often! FatFighter March 4, 2012 You? No way! Jody - Fit at 54 February 29, 2012 Great message & one many of us push – READ THE LABELS!!! Packaging is deceiving for sure! Hey, if you read it & still want to eat it, your choice but at least it is an informed choice. I am a huge label reader & I am NOT perfect but I try to minimize as much as possible! 🙂 I eat mostly whole foods. FatFighter March 4, 2012 Package fronts are deceptive and a little amusing, too. 😉 TriGirl March 8, 2012 RT’ed this! Carrot-like pieces…mmm, yummy. I always read labels…I may make the occasional poor choice, but at least I know what I’m in for! Tara Burner March 8, 2012 It amazes me that some people actually think that that stuff is ‘real’… I’ll stick to whole natural unpackaged foods 🙂 FatFighter March 9, 2012 Me too! Marcia March 8, 2012 Yikes. Why am I not surprised?
