7 ways to sip your summer water without slipping into boredeom

Water drinkers rejoice! Your boring glass of H2O is about to get a refreshing makeover. Just add any of these seven skinny dippers to your water to help you get more sippings this summer… with zero to very little extra calories.

  • Chopped fruit – mix it up – peaches, berrries, maybe even some melons.
  • Sliced cucumbers, spa style.
  • A splash of 100% fruit juice for added flavor with just a few calories.
  • Ice cubes made out of pureed berries.
  • Frozen lemon or lime wedges.
  • Fresh mint sprigs – infuse them with warm water overnight, remove the leaves, then pour over ice.
  • A fruit/veggie combo – a carrot, celery stick and a slice of lemon.
