News Nugget: Students head back to school to find healthier meals

With the new school year underway, cafeterias are serving up healthier meals. Students will now get twice the amount of vegetables and fruits at lunch, as well as more whole grains, and less salt and unhealthy fats. The new USDA meal standards set calorie maximums for the first time and lower calorie minimums so that school meals better address obesity, as well as hunger.
