From new FatFighterTV Finds to old favorites, here are some (mostly) fitness gifts I love to give… and receive. 😉 Happy Holiday shopping 2012!
Under Armour Women’s Armour Fleece Storm Full Zip Hoody
Soft and warm fleece on the inside. UA Storm technology to repel water on the outside. I absolutely love this stylish sweatshirt hoody (and love that it is not bulky)! It keeps me warm and dry, and it’s so comfortable I could wear it every day. Pictured in black; also available in some great vibrant colors, too. $59.99
Merrell Women’s Barefoot Life Frost Glove Waterproof Boots
I’m not a fan of winter AT ALL. But Merrell is making the freezing season much more bearable with these awesome slip-on boots. They’re waterproof, insulated to keep your feet warm, and come with Vibram rubber soles. And they have a little arch support for extra comfort. Pictured in Charcoal; also available in Black and Port Royale. $125.00
iLuv SmashBox Pro
Protection and convenience on the go for your iPhone, iPod, etc. Hook this portable speaker onto your backpack or bike as you head out and listen to your music or phone conversations loud and clear. It even has a built-in microphone for hands-free speakerphone capability and external buttons to answer/end phone calls and control power, play/pause and volume. The sound quality is awesome! $18.98
150 Pounds Gone Forever: How I Lost Half My Size and You Can Too – by Diane Carbonell
Love this book from one of FFTV’s Weight Loss WooHoos. Diane lost 158 pounds, has kept it off for 14 years, and wrote this book to empower others to make small changes that can lead to weight loss for good. She not only shares her personal struggles and accomplishments, but encourages your interaction and self-introspection. $13.27
Paleoista: Gain Energy, Get Lean, and Feel Fabulous With the Diet You Were Born to Eat – by Nell Stephenson
By now, I’m sure you’ve heard of the Paleo diet, also known as the “caveman diet.” But what is Paleoista, you ask? The new book is all about the modern day Paleo lifestyle. Stephenson shows you how to easily fit it into your daily routine in a hip, feminine way. $15.64
This deep tissue roller is absolutely ahhh-mazing for relieving muscle pain and releasing trigger points. The bumps are firm but flexible, like the thumbs of a massage therapist. I use it daily! Full-size and compact; original density and extra firm. $38.00 – $99.00
I’ve been using this bottle for the past couple of months to mix up my protein shakes – which always include some sort of nut butter. The shakes always come out smooth with no chunks. The bottle comes with a BlenderBall wire whisk that whips around to mix your drinks. Just add your ingredients, drop in the BlenderBall, and shake. $6.99
Teeccino Caffeine-Free Herbal Coffee
I’ve been sipping on herbal teas for years, but just discovered Teecino’s delicious herbal coffees. They are made of a blend of herbs, grains, fruits and nuts that are roasted and ground to taste like coffee. Flavors include Chocolate Mint, Hazelnut, and Almond Amaretto. Prices vary.
Dior Diorific Vernis in Diorling
In case you didn’t know it, I’ve got a thing for nail polish. Like I’m a lil obsessed. In this case, I fell for the stunning bottle before I even tried on the gorgeous polish from Dior’s Grand Bal Collection. I included a nail polish in last year’s gift guide, and I’m pretty sure it’s going to be a FFTV tradition. Until next year… xxoo
Disclosure: I received complimentary samples of some of these products. Others, I found on my own. Some affiliate links included.
