Ingredients:
2 pounds fresh asparagus
1/3 cup sun-dried tomato sprinkles
1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
1 tablespoon olive oil
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 garlic clove, minced

Directions:
Steam asparagus, covered, 4 minutes. Place in a shallow dish.

Combine the tomato sprinkles and remaining ingredients in a bowl. Spoon evenly over asparagus. Cover and chill 2 hours.

Makes: 6 servings
Each serving provides: Calories: 66, Total fat: 2.6 g, Saturated fat: 0.4 g, Protein: 4.1 g, Fiber: 3.7 g, Cholesterol: 0 mg, Sodium: 187 mg.
