Once upon of time I used to pick up magazines inspired by the "stars" of hollywood. Most of them are not as healthy as they appear to be. A fitness magazine inspires me and they have the information to back up the look. Sometimes, it's a scare to think about touch ups with the models. However, I feel like if I saw any of the women in person or on videos they look pretty darn close, if not, better than the pics in the magazine. It's comforting to know that you can look good and be healthy without having to resolve to desperate measures to get there. Consistency and dedication are what fitness models represent.
