		<description>What a great program you have!  I think having a personal trainer as a camp leader is a great idea.  

I run daily, and always look forward to it, EXCEPT when I travel...and I was on the road all last week.  Now that I&#039;ve gotten out of my routine, I&#039;m finding it VERY hard today to get motivated to go for my daily run.  It would be nice to have a trainer around to kick my booty into gear!  :)  If nothing else, just having the support of the other program participants sound like a great motivator.

I&#039;m curious, do you also include hand weights or free weights with your workout?
