We’ve been talking a lot about booty-kicking workouts lately, so it was perfect timing when fitness model, Jamie Eason, got in touch with me yesterday to let me know she will be on the cover of the September issue of Oxygen magazine – and the topic is glutes.

Some intense looking workouts!
I’d never seen the cross-chest curl before either — seems like it would be an easy addition to an upper body routine. I presume the glutes workout will also have some good ideas — cool!
