Ready for more free stuff? Here we go with week 2 in this month’s giveaways.
Here’s the prize – a Reebok Resistance Tube (Level 1) can be all yours. I thought I would make it a little more interesting this week. To enter the drawing, head on over to the FFTV community from now until this Friday, July 18 and tell us something low-cal you reach for… to satisfy your sweet tooth. That’s it! See you there!

My worst time to eat unhealthy is in the evening. I bought sugar/fat free chocolate pudding from Jell-o when my grandchildren were here. I made it last night with powder milk and don’t care for the taste as much. I’ll make it next time with soy milk, which is my preferred milk substitute.

I mix fat free ricotta with chocolate (the dry cocoa kind) and Splenda. You have to mix the chocolate and Splenda with a little water – heat in microwave for about 10 seconds .. stir that and then add the ricotta. It’s not too high in carbs and it’s filling.
