I always tell clients &quot;Don&#039;t believe ANYTHING on the front of a package.&quot;  Instead, you must turn the product around and read the ingredients.  To make food &quot;kid friendly&quot;, manufacturers add more sugar, artificial sweeteners and harmful additives and colors to make it more appealing (and addictive!).  Sadly, most of these foods already have high sugar and sodium contents to start with!</description>
