Listen up girls… spending too much time online, regularly drinking alcohol, and not getting enough sleep can make you gain weight, according to a new study in the Journal of Pediatrics. Researchers followed more than 5,000 girls between the ages of 14 and 21 for one year and found these three habits increased their BMI.
