Have you noticed this in your social circles? A new study from Boston University School of Medicine finds Americans are drinking less alcohol – especially beer. Researchers also say the number of people who describe themselves as non-drinkers has gone up.

Interesting…I know wine sales have gone up, but I didn’t know there were more non-drinkers. Can’t blame em, in most cases it’s just lots and lots of extra cals!
That’s great news! Beer is just stacked with calories.
I am currently on a beer fast, I usually have a glass (500ml) 2 or 3 times a month. My beer fast ends on Aug 15th, but I am thinking of keeping it going as I am making nice progress.
