What else can you do? And let's be honest, some of my sweat has probably leaped onto the person next to me at some point. It's a side effect of running. You sweat a lot and you're moving fast. It's bound to happen. It's not going to stop me from hitting the treadmill. I would much rather get sprayed by someone else's sweat than have a big booty. :) Well, you just wipe it off. And I have to say--it's pretty clean. There aren't ever many people in there. However, after I use the dumb bells, I run straight home to wash my hands. And I agree with dfarris--I have been on a treadmill next to a sweaty dude who sloshed some of his sweat on me while wiping his brow. Gross. Keep your sweat to yourself. I work out in the gym at my condo so it is between the pool and the outside but I always see people walking from the pool, through the gym, and then outside with no shoes one. YUCK! So many germs!!
