susan1 The towel workoutHere’s proof that you don’t need fancy equipment to get a good workout. Last night in Boot Camp, all we used was a towel and a partner to do several arm exercises like lateral raises and these tricep extensions you see Susan doing in the pictures.

PreFit Personal Trainer, Chad Welday, says the good thing about working your arms with a towel is you use other smaller muscles you normally wouldn’t use if you were doing the same exercises with weights. You also have to focus on balance because of the resistance from the person pulling the towel behind you.
