Here’s another reason to slow down when you eat. A new study from Japan finds people who eat quickly until they’re full are three times more likely to be overweight.
Researchers say the abundance of fast food makes the problem even worse. They highlight how eating styles, not just what or how much we eat can also contribute to the obesity epidemic. The study is in the British Medical Journal.

I am one of those fast eaters. It is a good reminder for me to slow down and enjoy.
Thanks
My dad is the fastest eater I’ve ever seen. If we were at a buffet, he might be done before the rest of the family had filled their plates and joined him! He could probably say, “I didn’t think you guys were coming, so I started without y’all
Funny thing is he is not overweight! I do know a very slow eater, and just like the study says, she’s trim!
