I’ve never been on a diet. I’ve not always had the best lifestyle, but absolutely believe it’s about changing your thinking, attitude and habits that is the only way for sustained weight success.
The “best” foodtastrophy I ever had was when I pushed the “clean” switch on the oven rather than “bake” by mistake! By time I noticed, things were well done for sure
