		<description>Yes, I&#039;m a big kettlebell fan and think swings are one of the best exercises for all round fitness and strength.

Whatever you can do with a kettlebell, you can do with the SandBell - except it is soft neoprene - so no worries when you swing it close to your body!  There is a video on YouTube to watch it in action.  I am sure we would all love to see your review of one.</description>
