We’ve talked about how kids are copycats when it comes to what their parents eat and what they do for exercise. Now a new study in the Archives of Pediatrics & Adolescent Medicine finds children mimic their parents’ diets at a very young age. Researchers say when young children were allowed to “buy” food from a play grocery store, even two-year-olds picked the same foods their parents usually did.
