It could be a convenient, relatively cheap way to help people who’ve successfully lost weight keep it off. I (and many of my colleagues) offer phone sessions. Clients love the convenience and the fact that they are home safe and sound. With Skype and video messages these days, it couldn’t be any easier!
I totally agree with this. I believe most health care plans offer some sort of health and wellness program or phone counseling for all sorts of health related issues.
This is good news, FatFighter, because I too work with clients over the phone (but mostly in-person). It’s a great option, so I am glad to know it is just as effective as face-to-face, which is/was a concern of mine!
