Turkeys have more trouble from us than we do from them
I tried Tofurkey one year at a Vegan T. G. Ever tried slicing a piece of tire off your car? No gravy could save that meal!
Now I skip both and just make healthy side dishes, which really, is the best part of the meal anyway (besides the companions) no?

Each year I find another great turkey recipe from the internet. THis year I found a mix of 1 tbl.poultry seasoning, 3 tbls. each of salt, pepper, garlic powder and paprika. Add water to this mixture until it appears like thick mud. Then smear in all over the outside of the turkey as well as in the inside cavities. Then you stuff it. This turkey was absolutely delicious. My son said it’s the best one he’s ever tasted!
