The study shows walking for just 15 minutes is enough to get rid of your urge to eat chocolate. Next time I have a cocoa craving, I just might try to walk it off!

I wish exercise worked on my cravings! I workout around an hour and a half a day, and just reading the word “chocolate” makes me start wondering if I have any chocolate snacks in the house. LOL!

I read this “study.” I rank it right down there with the park further away at the mall and walk idea! Not going to happen. Now maybe if you cut a deal with yourself that you will take a walk while you eat the chocolate…
Consider a chromium picolinate supplement. It’s possibly effective with sweet cravings. Nothing is better than a realistic strategy, however.
