		<description>I don&#039;t know. 25 calories a whack for that little thing. I usually eat just a few chocolate chips or  peanut butter chips. I mix them with a handful of those little cheese crackers so I have sweet and salty. Works for me. Or maybe little minature marshmallows and a few chocolate covered raisins.</description>

		<description>I hadn&#039;t really thought about it, but yes, I think having to unwrap individual pieces helps.  I also think it helps to keep track of the calories.  My problem is that whatever the wrapper says is the serving size, I tend to eat whether it&#039;s 100 calories or 200 calories.  I&#039;m trying to train myself to not have more than 100 calories a day of chocolate.  That&#039;s the goal.</description>
