		<description>As a weight watcher I count the calories, fat and fiber in all I eat to reach my total points for the day.  I also count all the water and other liquids I drink, and how much I walk in a day.  And as I have mentioned before on this site, I lost 102 pounds since January of 08.</description>

		<description>When I&#039;m in my disciplined mode, I eat the same  salad every day for lunch...tuna with no mayo, lots of veggies and greens, and a low cal dressing I make of balsamic vinegar, dijon mustard, and Splenda. I really watch carbs by not eating bread...that&#039;s my downfall!</description>
