		<description>What a fun way to get in the exercise!!  I&#039;m one of those people who squeeze in exercise whenever they can.  I wear a pedometer to gage my level of activity and since I keep a log of my food I know when I need to step things up a bit.  I would love to dance away calories, it would be a great way to have fun and exercise too.</description>

I really prefer to do one long hard workout, but since I rarely get the time to do that, I have to take 10 min here or 10 min there.  But, it&#039;s so much harder to motivate myself to workout that way!</description>

		<description>I used to be an all in kind of exerciser, but now I fit it in where I can.  I run stairs while doing laundry, I find things to do during commercials, such as marching in place, jumping jacks, or wall pushups.  I&#039;ve learned any exercise is good exercise.</description>
