You’ve probably heard how a Mediterranean-style diet can be good for your heart. Now a new report in the Archives of Neurology finds eating a diet filled with vegetables, fruits, nuts, legumes, and fish – foods common in the Mediterranean-style diet – is also good for the brain and may help prevent dementia.

This is the kind of nugget I especially like. I’ve been meaning to read more about adopting more Med-centric eating habits, and now I have a place to start.
I like a Mediterranean-style diet! I also like in the link, how olive oil is NOT mentioned. When the use of a lot of oil is stressed, it’s not the healthy version of the original Med. diet in my opinion.
