		<description>I&#039;ve just recently started working out for about the amount of time they recommend.  I am really starting to see a difference, too.

For Caroline, I am sure that weight training counts towards it.  I think it includes all types of exercise.</description>

		<description>I&#039;m averaging about 40-45 minutes of cardio plus about 10 minutes of weight training and/or abs about five times a week. (I alternate different body areas each day on the weights, so I&#039;m not doing a full circuit in one day. For example: biceps/triceps on Monday, back/chest Tuesday, etc.) Wondering if that 50 minutes the ACSM refers to needs to be all cardio, or if my weight training counts as part of it?</description>
