If you have a Bowflex Ultimate 2 Home Gym, stop using it immediately. The U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission and Nautilus have recalled the exercise equipment sold from June 2005 through January 2009.

The danger? The home gym’s horizontal seat rail is designed to be latched in a vertical position when you store it. But if you don’t manually latch the seat rail, it can fall unexpectedly and possibly hurt someone.

Nautilus has received 18 reports of injuries that happened when the unlatched seat rail fell and caused head and shoulder injuries.

If you own this product, stop using it and contact Nautilus for a free repair kit at 800-259-9019, or visit www.bowflex.com.
