So, here’s another one for you to chew on - New research in the Journal of Nutrition shows a moderate-protein diet is better than a high-carbohydrate, low-fat diet at helping overweight adults shed body fat. And the study finds the diet can boost “good” HDL cholesterol and lower triglycerides, a type of blood fat that contributes to clogged arteries.
