I drink a glass of water before my meals. It helps me get the right amount of daily water I need and helps to fill me up without the added calories.
I often will eat a bowl of soup before a meal (usually lunch) to help fill me up before I start eating my meal which is usually where the most calories are going to lie.

Water before a meal is a good thing. I need to drink more water. I know it helps. Aquafull may be a way to do this.

I chew sugar-free gum, drink green tea, or go for a walk! Sometimes I will call my mom or one of my friends to get my mind off of FOOD!!
I was gonna say that I drink water…but I actually eat veggies first and get the nutrients I need and get filled up by the added water..
I usually eat lots of green salad or sprouts and a glass of warm water. That fills me and helps me to reduce extra calory intake…

I have a Campbell’s soup at hand, at 80 calories for chicken noodle and 70 for the rice, it’s helps to fill a small spot before meals and warms my tummy.

I struggle with this. I am getting tired of plain water before a meal. I would love this great alternative. Right now I am trying more willpower than anything else to stop snaking.
I drink a glass of green tea before meals. I also discovered I control hunger better if I have some plain broth before I eat. The berry bliss sounds good to me.

MMW – Do you ever put some fruit in your water just for a hint of flavor? Maybe a slice of orange or a strawberry? That helps me when I get tired of plain water. So do herbal iced teas – no calories, no caffeine, plus lots of flavor!

I drink a glass of water with a tablespoon of Metamucil about 15 minutes before I eat.
I would love to see the ingredient list for these! (You know me – I’m all about the ingredient list.) As much as I know I should drink more water, I find that I drink so much more if there’s a little flavor. These would be perfect for adding to water to increase how much I drink!

Hot tea seems to do the trick for me. It does a good job at suppressing hungry feelings and it’s almost as if it has the same “filling” effect as having a bowl of soup. Sometimes I’ll eat gum, but if my stomach is growling already, it won’t help much.

I drink iced tea or cold water. Sometimes I add Propel powder because I can even drink that luke warm, so I keep a bottle or two in the car if I run out of cold warm. Thanks for the give away and the good ideas.

I am new to Fullbar and to Aquafull. I have really enjoyed my Fullbar I can tell it works. I was not sure about the Aquafull…until today. I had to do a lot of driving and I can’t stand to pass a fast food place w/out stopping by. I put Aquafull to the test, I felt full all day. As for the question what do I do to control hunger before a meal…I eat my Fullbar drink water and plan out my meal very carefully.
