Here’s a good reminder to count the calories in what you drink, as well as the ones in what you eat. A new study finds when it comes to losing weight, liquid calories are a bigger problem than food itself. Researchers say cutting back on sugar-laden drinks seems to have more impact on weight loss than cutting back on solid foods.
Anyone out there have a hard time drinking too many calories? Thankfully, I don’t – I’m more of a water and and herbal tea drinker, overall.
