I’m looking forward to reading the Scoopable Salads chapter.
I am looking forward to reading the Tortilla Madness chapter. I love wraps, tortillas, you name it.
Thanks for running the contest!
This is a tough one because I’m totally looking forward to ALL of the chapters in the new book!! But I’d have to say I’m most anxious to dig into Chapter 11 – there are a zillion ways to have fun with Cool Whip Free and I am sure HG has some rockin new recipes for us to test!!
I am looking forward to chapter 9 Yo Cupcake, especially the raspberry/chocolate one
Every chapter is great but anxious to read Chapter 5 Dip It Good and then on to Chapter 7 Tortilla Madness and Chapter 11 Fun w/Cool Whip Free. These three chapters will help me complete a meal. Great giveaway!
Oh boy all those chapters sound interesting but I would say the one I’m most interested in is the Scoopable Salads because I love any kind of salad and to have more of a variety would make life fun!
Chapter 5 Dip It Good
I am looking forward to the Tortilla madness chapter, specifically the Cheesy beefy quesadilla. can you say yummmmmm.
Tortilla Madness caught my eye, too! Also, Scoopable Salads. I’m already thinking how I might combine the two.
dip it good- oh heck I need the whole book- i love food- just need to learn to cotnrol myself and be wise in my choices
Chapter 14 – Fun with Vitalicious. I love their VitaTops, Brownies and VitaMuffins. While they’re pricy, they’re full of wholesome ingredients, oodles of fiber, and only 1 Weight Watchers POINT. Best of all they’re tasty and help keep me on my healthy eating plan. Gosh, you’d think I work for the company, but I buy them online or at Safeway like everyone else.
They all look great but I really want to do some of the Egg-stravaganza ones because I get bored of making eggs either scrambled or fried and they have so many good-looking frittatas and other dishes. Let’s face it- egg whites can be boring!
I am looking forward to the “Tortilla Madness” chapter – you can’t go wrong with the baked tortillas!
I’m looking forward to it all, but the most interesting to me is “Morning Minis”. I NEVER have enough time in the morning to prepare good meals–so I’m hopeful from the title, that there will be some great ideas! Thank you!
Yo cupcake sounds yummy to me!
I think the Scoopable Salads looks great. I love a quick, creamy salad and if they are under 200 calories, even better!
I most want to get into Chapter 2, Egg-Stravaganza. I love eggs and if I can find some new, lower-calorie ways to make them, I’d be delighted.
I’d love Mini Meal Mania. Thanks for sharing~
Chapter 11 – fun with Cool Whip Free sounds like my kind of chapter!
I’m most looking forward to Egg-stravaganza. I eat eggs almost every day for breakfast and it would be nice to find a new way to prepare them!!
the Cheesy beefy quesadilla, because i’ve yet to find a quesadilla recipe that isn’t too fattening
would love to try any of them. Really need to lose the weight, doesn’t want to seem to come off. really could use the help
Chapter 7 Tortilla Madness ….love tortillas!
I’m ‘fiber girl’ so I would like to see what recipes Fiber One can be used in!
Hmm a toss up between the vitaliscious and the cupcake.
This cookbook is a great idea and I applaud the author! Also I think it will be fun to use recipes that might work to help me get rid of my fat.
I would try the tortilla madness chapter – I make a mean mexican meatloaf
I am definitely looking forward to the sweet stuff chapter because I don’t know how I can manage the intake of my sweets portion. And most of it is really high calorie stuff.
I’m looking forward to Chapter 2 – Egg-Stravaganza because breakfast is the most important part of losing weight and making plain eggs and cheese everyday is getting boring. This would be nice so that I can add some flavor and variety into my meals!
Mini Meal Mania! Although all of the chapters look great.
I am looking forward to Chapter 1 Morning Minis. I never seem to have enough time to eat breakfast before rushing out the door for work. These recipes sound like they could be made the day or even week ahead and eaten while driving to work.
I am looking forward to the chapter on cupcakes because they are my weakness! If I can create some low-cal cupcakes, I am all for it!
Chapter 7: Tortilla Madness….if I could get thin eating Mexican food I would be in heaven!
Thank you.
I enjoy a good cupcake once in awhile. Therefore, I look forward to reading the Yo, Cupcake chapter.

I’m looking forward to the Scoopable Salads!
I’ve lowered my portions and lost a few pounds in the process! I love salads that I can scoup up on light crackers. It’s a filler for me and these recipes with 200 or less…just what the Dr. ordered….literally!!!
Woo-hoo for the Hungry Girl!
The fun with fiber one! I’ve had their mozzarella sticks, yum.
Hungry girl definitely has some great tips and tricks – but I won’t lie, I think her recipes are a little too heavy on the artificial sweeteners. In my opinion, dieting should mean moderation and eating healthy, whole foods, rather than skimping on nutrition to eat more volume.
Even so, she has good ideas for eating on the go and I love her product sneak-peeks!
i like the chapter on tortillas.
Scoopable Salads.. I’m one of those rare people who really loves salad
I would love to check out Tortilla Madness! Yummers.
Monning Mini’s… With breakfast the most important meal of the day, and often so hard to do..the grab and go breakfast cookies look like the thing for me! Not to mention all the other great ideas that I could get ready the night before! Ahhh!
uh, that would be Morning Mini’s! See..I’m up too early and already at work!
Mexican food is my weakness! Can’t wait for Tortilla Madness!!
I just bought a excesize bike and would love this book
Morning Mini’s sounds interesting.
I’m crazy for cupcakes, so I must try those yummy Chocolate Marshmallow Madness Cupcakes!!!

Yo Cupcake, need this!!
For me its the chapter on Morning Minis. My breakfasts are healthy but oh so boring.
Let me lay it on you. A half a cup of low fat cottage cheese and a half cup of Fiber One cereal. It tides me over until lunch but I need more spice for breakfast.
Chapter 7 Tortilla Madness! Yummmmmmmmm!
The cool whip chapter, yummmmm dessert!
Definitely “Fun with Fuji’s” because Fuji’s are my favorite type of apple! Love HG–have been following for a while!
Yo, Cupcake!!! Let’s face it, who doesn’t like the sound of that!!
To get any play in our house, you gotta address desert. Chapter 9, Yo Cupcake! is the first one we’ll look at.
I can’t decide where I would go first…either Dip it good or Shivering Sips.
I can’t wait to read Chapter 11 Fun w/Cool Whip Free. My kids will eat ANYTHING that has Cool Whip on it!
The mexi-licious smothered taco scramble looks so yummy!!
I have a pretty wicket sweet tooth, so I’m excited about most of the made-over desserts in the book. However, the one that excites me most is the banana cupcakes with peanut butter frosting from chapter 9. I’m a pretty big PB fanatic (and I loooove it smeared on a banana) so this one is right up my alley!
**crosses fingers**

Morning minis, because I am working on eating breakfast everyday so I’m not so hungry at lunch and dinner that I’ll make poorer choices.

The cupcake chapter (specifically the red velvet ones…). I have the first cookbook and would LOVE to win this one! I love Hungry Girl!

Gotta go with Chapter 9, “Yo, Cupcake” – since I’ve improved my diet, the one indulgence I miss the most is a nice cupcake, so I’m really excited about the possibility of indulging in them guilt-free!

I am looking forward to the whole chapter of Sweet Stuff! I have the world’s biggest sweet tooth, I will be doing well all day and then it will get ruined by desert. It would be really nice to have some resonable alternatives so I won’t ruin my whole day. I can’t wait!
