Memorial Day weekend is this weekend (ALREADY??!!) and you know what that means – it’s the unofficial start of summer… and summer travel… and trying to exercise while traveling… You get my drift, right? This week’s giveaway will definitely help you stay on track with your workouts, no matter where you go – the NURU Exercise Anywhere deck of cards. No gym required!
Each deck has 30 waterproof cards that show you and tell you how to do all kinds of exercises – cardio and muscle-strengthening – to work all your major muscle groups, like your arms, legs, and abs. Here’s a sample:
The exercises are designed for all fitness levels. And the great thing is the deck is small enough to fit in the palm of your hand. Plus it comes with a key ring to hold all the cards together.
They’re so handy – just toss ‘em in your travel bag, purse, or fanny pack, etc., and you’re good to go. I’m taking mine on all my summer trips!
Up for grabs this week – three decks of the NURU Exercise Anywhere cards. To enter for your chance to win… head down to the comments, and tell me just where you would take these cards – got a specific summer trip where they’d come in handy? Or something else in mind?
A few contest details – it runs through midnight EST this Friday, May 22, you have to have a U.S. mailing address to enter… and we will use random.org to pick the winners.

What a great idea. These cards would definitely be great at the beach. I know I would use them.
These look incredibly cool! Off to go check them out and who knows, maybe this is my lucky day
we are going camping and i could definitely take them along while the husband does some fishing!!!
thanks!
We are going to the beach. These would be perfect there!
These would be great for when we travel! Heck, these would be great on a rainy summer day or anytime in winter when I can’t make it to the gym.
FF-
I am traveling to KS to see my three BFFs in September. I think we would love to exercise a little between cocktailing and shopping.
These cards would be perfect.
I would use them on a rainy or snowy day when I just don’t have the motivation to get to the gym. They would be perfect!
I am going to Costa Rica in August and these would be great for the hotel room-I can never quite get myself to go to the gym when I’m on vacation but I always enjoy running or doing quick exercises like these on the resort property.
I’ll be camping with my family. Those long drives sure leave you feeling cramped and stiff. We’re always looking for ways to re-energize ourselves and get the blood flowing again during breaks. I could definitely see using these at rest stops. (Maybe we’ll just start our own traveling exercise class on the side of the highway.)
Gossipista – Exercising in between cocktailing and shopping sounds like a fantastic idea!
Alissa – I think they’re perfect for camping, especially since they are waterproof… just in case…
tobi1128 – Yes, perfect for motivation! Something we could all use from time to time…
Katie – Costa Rica??!! I’m SO jealous!!
Kristen – I love it – rest stops! Nice.
BTW, just stopped by your site – very cool!
I travel quite a bit for work and there isn’t always a gym in the hotel. Plus, when the kids get bored we can always pull out the deck and take turns picking exercises and see who can do the most!
These are really great! I would take them around the house to sneak in some exercising while the kids are playing or watching a little TV.
LOL, Charity! Good idea!
I am a single mom and college student, so time is precious. There is a huge lawn on campus, and in the hour I have between two classes I could sneak in a workout this way. Maybe I could inspire other students to do the same.
Lisa – I can already see all the students joining you!
We are going camping – great for when I have some quiet time to myself. Small and easy to pack.
My wife and I will be travelling to several places this summer to celebrate our 35th wedding anniversary. These will be just the ticket for maintaining my cardio exercise routines.
