The obesity epidemic seems to be taking an especially hard toll on blacks. A new report from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention finds nearly 36-percent of black Americans are obese compared to about 29 percent of Hispanics and 24 percent of whites. Obesity rates were 40-percent or greater among blacks in five states – Alabama, Maine, Mississippi, Ohio, and Oregon.

Sadly I agree. But I didn’t hold my own study. It was pure observation (I’m also black, so no one freak out on my for saying so).
As for the study, I can understand the southern, home cookin’ type of obesity, but what’s up the Oregon people??? Weird.
