Do you workout to feel good or to look good? A new survey finds most dedicated fit people exercise for their health, rather than for their looks… and they want to stay healthy for themselves and for their loved ones. Results also show, even the tough economy has not kept active people from skimping on their workouts.

When I began my fitness journey several years ago, it was purely for vanity’s sake (bad, I know!). It didn’t take too long to realize that there was so much more to it than that. And that shift occurred, to where it became more important how I felt than how I looked. And getting to that point, I believe, it what has made this stick for for me.
And with that…I’m outta here…there’s a bike path calling my name!
I *want* to look better, but I work out to feel better. Exercising helps me physically, emotionally, and mentally. Who knew!
Have a fantastic weekend, Sahar!
