I try to bike to work 2 or 3 times a week. It's a great way for me to get some exercise in, and even more than that - I find it's also just a great time to "think"...free from the noise of the world. So, for me - it really ends up being good for me both physically and mentally. I am lucky that I have access to bike paths, and to roads that are very lightly traveled.
