I love almost-anything pumpkin so much, I even drink Pumpkin Spice tea this time of year in my festive mug! It’s perfect on a chilly day. While I was sipping on it, I came across a bunch of healthy pumpkin recipes. Hopefully, there’s not a pumpkin shortage where you live and you can enjoy some of these goodies.

I can’t wait to try some of the others you have listed!
I cannot wait to go explore these recipes and their respective sites. I share your love of pumpkin!
And, I am seriously going to hunt down some of that pumpkin spice tea….I love the sound of that (not to mention the mug!)
I am running a favorite low calorie snack contest and PigeonDove just suggested this:
1 tablespoon whipped cream cheese
1/8 cup solid pack pumpkin
1 slice whole wheat bread
Cinnamon, nutmeg, pumpkin pie spice and/or all spice
Toast bread and spread on cream cheese and pumpkin. Sprinkle with seasonings of choice.
This sounds pretty great, no?

Kim – You’re welcome! The combination of chocolate and pumpkin is fabulous!
Joanna – Your Pumpkin Soup recipe sounds soooo good! And that tea is made by Stash, which is easier to find in the Pacific NW b/c it is made in Oregon. But if you can’t find it where you live, they of course have a website:
