I’m not a big fan of packaged soups, mainly because they are so high in sodium. I would much rather whip up my own homemade batch in the slow cooker. But for those times when I need something quick, Dr. McDougall’s new Ready-to-Serve soups are a good alternative – they are not too salty, they are low in fat and calories, and they’re vegan. Plus they are environmentally friendly – their recyclable carton packaging is made from renewable natural resources.
The soups come in seven flavors – Lentil, Vegetable, Black Bean, Chunky Tomato, Split Pea, Minestrone, and Roasted Pepper Tomato. And this week, Dr. McDougall’s Right Foods is giving one lucky FFTV winner a variety package of eight Ready-to-Serve Chunky Soups.
Since Thanksgiving is just a few days away… to enter for a chance to win, just tell me what you are thankful for. I am blessed with so many things including my darling husband, my family, friends, and all of you who are reading this.
See you in the comments!
Contest runs through midnight EST this Friday, November 27, you have to have a U.S. mailing address to enter, and we will use random.org to pick the winners.
