I wasn’t going to tell a soul because I was too embarrassed. But now that my fun and foolishness has made national television, I’ve decided to share. If you watched American Idol Tuesday night, there was a commercial for I Can’t Believe It’s Not Butter (ICBINB)… and I’m in it! (Thanks for the heads up, Workout Mommy!) How did all this happen?
I was among several bloggers asked to dance and karaoke my way through a Turn The Tub Around video competition for ICBINB. In exchange for doing this, I got a free HD Flip video camera.
So… I did it. Then I watched the video. Then I decided I looked too foolish and it would be best not to tell anyone about it. I thought nothing more of it until I found out I made it into the national commercial! It aired during the premiere of “American Idol” and showed a compilation of the best videos submitted. Watch and smile below…
