Ever notice all the product placement in movies? A new report finds most of the top-grossing films recently have featured food and drink product placements, and the most widely shown items have been junk food and fast-food restaurants. Researchers say they’re concerned because the products were seen in most PG and PG-13 movies, which often attract children and teenagers, as well as in one-third of G-rated movies. It’s almost like all the unhealthy ads during Saturday morning TV!

That is so true. I remember last summer suffering through the newest Transformers movie, me and my oldest son started counting all the product placements. We lost count around 27. There was a scene where the Coca Cola cup was focused clearer than the movie’s star!
