I love Bob! He should add a spinning DVD to the mix…I hear his classes rock! Anywho…enough about Bob let’s talk about me
I’m loving full body lifting these days but my favorite body part to train are shoulders.
Love BOB!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Well, it would take a while to write what I do but I do mix it up with a few forms of cardio, weights (changing them each workout), abs/core & stretching/flexibility. Mixing it up is key!
Well, I mainly do Bigger Loser workout DVDs and some of Jillian’s. I saw these BOB DVDs on Twitter and have lusted for them from afar. No funds in the budget to get them so to win them would be awesome. I LOVE the workouts I have with Bob already…can’t wait to take it to the next level. Thanks for the chance!
Enough about Bob already!!
As for my workouts, I stay busy
Im all about mixing it up! My favorite workouts now are Kettlebells and the TRX!
I’ve heard a lot of good things from these DVD’s from Bob. I love trying out new workout routines. I’m currently doing a mix of P90X and Insanity, but here and there I throw in a routine pulled out of my iFitness iPhone app or from the WOD on Crossfit.com. Or if I need to clear my mind, I might do a half hour of Yoga from one of the Rodney Yee DVD’s.
I walk on the treadmill at the gym, pedal on my recumbent bike at home and sometimes go to yoga classes and do some light weights. Been hard to get motivated with the weather being so stifling lately.
I love mixing it up too! It helps so much to keep me from getting bored. My weeks have lately consisted of 2 power yoga classes, a session w/a trainer – then mixing in walks, bike rides, swimming, and weights on my own when I can throughout the week.
Right now my workouts consist of walking and doing the necessary yard work summer brings.
My workouts are mostly running 4 to 5 times a week with a yoga stretch before or after to get the hips and back ready to go. Would love to get in some weight training though!!! Mixing it is the key for sure.
I try to walk almost every day. My goal is 10,000 steps on the pedometer, but it gets boring if I don’t have a buddy.
My workouts are mostly walking in the summer, with some biking thrown in for variety.
I lift weights MWF and try get do interval training through out the week in the evening.
My workouts are pretty varied, otherwise I get bored. I always do two days of full body lifting, a few days of bikram yoga, a least a day of swimming a week, and intervals/running 2-3 days a week.
WELL I LOVE BOB KEEPS ME MOTIVATED THREW HIS WORKOUTS,AND HE MAKES IT FUNNY AND HE KEEPS YOU GOING UNTIL THE END,I WOULD LOVE TO WIN HIS TAPES TO GO FURTHER TO THE FINISH LINE,
I love him. My workouts consist of Running, Pilates, Zumba, Rowing and Core work.
I usually on rising workout w/ TV and then go for my walk. I do a 30 min. interval walk= 10min. warmup, 20sec. at high speed, then 40sec.at medium. Repeat 10 times and finish with 10 min.cooldown. It’s great. Alternate with just walking for 45 min on alternate days or bike riding.
Right now I am using the P90X and my treadmill but I would like to up my intensity as I have a lot of weight to lose.
I’m currently doing a running plan and incorporating some strength training.
Starting again. Going to be using the Pool at the Y and doing the biggest loser dvds.
right now i try to do 3-4 days of cardio per week and at least 2 days of strength training.
Since it’s summer, I try to do as much as I can outside! Running, walking, biking, kayaking..etc. I love this weather!
I’m the same way – gotta be outside while it’s warm.
I’m just getting started again. I am trying to get 30 minutes of walking in a day-either outside or on the treadmill.
No entry for me as I have a poor track record with home workout DVDs. I will say, though, that these look interesting. I’ll have to keep an eye out for them on netflix. My workouts are 3 days of strength training and 3 days of cardio (walking or biking).
I haven’t been doing much lately, just been trying to keep up with my daughter. Trying to get a workout plan started.
I was boxing and kickboxing but that is over. Now, I am simply training for a half marathon (and totally trying to downplay it because if I think about HOW big it is I will freak out!)
That’s awesome, Jen! You go!!!
I have been working out at Curves at least 3 days a week for the past several months. And, also some walking. Would like to try something like this, mix it up a little.
Right now my workouts are a mix of boxing, strength training, and running.
Going up and down 3 flights of stairs every time I need to do laundry several times a day, holding twins, nursing twins, chasing other children around, repeat.
Whoa – that is a lot of laundry exercise!
Love me some Bob!
My workouts vary, I do spin 2-3 times a week, personal training, running, elliptical, etc…..
This looks great! Nice mix of workouts too.
I would love to win this, love Bob and biggest loser. Currently, Im training for three triathlons, so I alternate biking, running, and swimming throughout the week, with some yoga and pilates thrown in for strength. Plan to start doing some weights after my events in Sept.
at present, my workouts are entirely biking, would love these to balance things out
I bought an elliptical last summer. Getting bored with the same ‘ol and would like to change things up a bit. These workouts look great: especially the cardio – very intense. I also have one Jillian Michaels workout dvd (No More Trouble Zones), but am interested in experiencing Bob’s training style and effectiveness.
Due to budget constraints my workouts are done at of my home. My workout consists of running or jumproping, hitting the heavy bag and body weight exercises. I go thru streaks of trying to come up with some dumbell exercises too. The boxing and medicine balls slams are probably my favorite.
Hello,
I own all the Biggest Loser DVD and switch them up. I would really like to have something more for strength training. I need to have a big variety to keep me from getting bored. My favorite DVD is BL Weightloss Yoga and Power Scult.
