I was doing a little label reading at the grocery store and guess what I found? Some fake carrots, strawberries, and blueberries in a few popular packaged foods. Just what are these imposters, anyway? Find out in the video below.

Fun!!
I never buy stuff like that so I don’t read THOSE labels, but I’m sure I’ve eaten some stuff with those sneaky ingredients, but hopefully, not too often!
You? No way!
Great message & one many of us push – READ THE LABELS!!! Packaging is deceiving for sure! Hey, if you read it & still want to eat it, your choice but at least it is an informed choice. I am a huge label reader & I am NOT perfect but I try to minimize as much as possible!
I eat mostly whole foods.
Package fronts are deceptive and a little amusing, too.
RT’ed this! Carrot-like pieces…mmm, yummy. I always read labels…I may make the occasional poor choice, but at least I know what I’m in for!
It amazes me that some people actually think that that stuff is ‘real’…
I’ll stick to whole natural unpackaged foods
Me too!
Yikes. Why am I not surprised?
Gross. =(
cute post! just pinned!
