Mmmm… fresh tomatoes and basil go so well together, especially when the tomatoes look this good! Grab a quality baguette, some garlic, lemon juice, and olive oil and you’re pretty much set. This gourmet, but simple recipe comes to us courtesy of the fabulous blog, Summer Tomato. (Thanks!)

Okay, so maybe it’s not exactly Greek guacamole… but this recipe does include some Chobani Greek style yogurt. Try it to add some calcium and protein to your guac. Thanks for the recipe, Chobani.

Ingredients:
1 can (16 oz.) black beans, rinsed, drained
1 pkg. (10 oz.) frozen whole kernel corn, thawed
1 medium tomato, chopped
1/4 cup chopped red onion
1/4 cup fresh lime juice
1 envelope Good Seasons Garlic & Herb Salad Dressing & Recipe Mix
2 Tbsp. chopped cilantro
1/2 tsp. minced fresh jalapeño pepper (optional)
1/4 tsp. ground cumin

Ingredients:
2 pounds fresh asparagus
1/3 cup sun-dried tomato sprinkles
1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
1 tablespoon olive oil
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 garlic clove, minced
Directions:
Steam asparagus, covered, 4 minutes. Place in a shallow dish.
Combine the tomato sprinkles and remaining ingredients in a bowl. Spoon evenly over asparagus. Cover and chill 2 hours.
