<p>Show them the money! <a title="Reuters" href="http://www.reuters.com/article/healthNews/idUSTRE4B87A420081209?feedType=RSS&amp;feedName=healthNews" target="_blank">A new study</a> in the <em>Journal of the American Medical Association</em> finds losing weight is easier when there is cash up for grabs. Researchers from the University of Pennsylvania School of Medicine say weight-loss programs that reward you with money &#8211; and remind you of the cash you would lose if you fail &#8211; are a powerful incentive to shed those pounds compared with more conventional programs that ask you to make sacrifices now for rewards in the future.</p>
