We all do it. Whether we’re trying to lose weight or maintaining what we weigh now. We all fight fat, right? It’s a forever thing so we can be at a healthy weight. But we all have different ways of fighting fat. Sharing the many tips and tricks we use can help us get new ideas from each other. And turning those ideas into video makes it more fun to share!

That’s exactly why we have the fabulous FatFighterTV Video Forum! There, you will find lots of ideas, including videos from some cool fitness/food/weight loss bloggers/peeps showing us how they fight fat:

Show us one healthy thing you do to lose/maintain your weight – no fads, no quick fixes, nothing illegal. But you can make it funny if you want – even adding a punch or a kick is cool, since it is about fighting and all!

That’s exactly why we’re reviving the FatFighterTV Video Forum! I have been neglecting it for months as I focused on other projects, but since it’s a new year and all, I figure it’s a good time to bring it back.

To kick things off, I will feature different videos from some cool fitness/food/weight loss bloggers/peeps over the next few weeks showing us how they fight fat. This week, watch this video from PastaQueen. And check out her blog over here.
